• 3:00 – 3:15 pm Break
• 4:30 pm Exhibitors Dismantle

Exhibit - $1,250 (unlimited)

• Incentive game for conference attendees provided to encourage comprehensive viewing
• Roster of attendees provided onsite to each exhibitor upon arrival at the WiHPCA Conference
• Complimentary meals and refreshments during exhibit hours

Additional Options

• Booth electricity available for $50
• Exhibitors/sponsors may purchase additional badges for $50 each. The cost for additional badges covers conference meals and breaks.

Accommodations

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Glacier Canyon Lodge at the Wilderness Resort at a special group rate of single: $90, double, triple, quad: $109. Contact the hotel directly at 1-800-867-9453 and tell the reservation agent that you are booking a room for the Wisconsin Hospice and Palliative Care Association, Leader #931409.

To guarantee this rate, reservations should be made by Saturday, August 27, 2022.

Cancellations/refunds

• A full refund of the registration fee, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if cancellation is received by September 12, 2022. No refund will be granted if cancellation is received after that time.
