More about the Presenters:

Adam Royal is part of Husch Blackwell’s Hospice & Palliative Care Team and routinely advises clients on regulatory compliance and healthcare transactions. Adam provides strategic advice to executives, compliance teams, and risk professionals on a range of legal, business, and governance topics. His healthcare transactional practice covers M&A and joint ventures with specific experience on the regulatory aspects of business formations and combinations in the healthcare industry, and he advises clients on healthcare contracting and negotiation.

Claire Postman is a healthcare regulatory attorney at Husch Blackwell. Prior to attending law school, she worked as a health policy research analyst, focusing on Medicare and Medicaid. At Husch, Claire counsels healthcare clients on matters including fraud and abuse laws, corporate practice of medicine restrictions, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and enrollment, scope of practice issues, medical staffing, and provider contracting. She is also a member of Husch Blackwell's hospice and palliative care team, where she assists hospice clients with audits, investigations, contracting, and other regulatory issues.
