The Wisconsin Hospice and Palliative Care Association (WiHPCA) and the Wisconsin Association for Home Health Care (WiAHC) and have again collaborated to provide a joint conference! - Cancellations and requests for refund must be received by May 15, 2024 and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after May 15.
- We understand that plans change and occasionally a registrant can no longer attend. Paid registrants may send a substitute on their behalf as long as the individual is from the same agency and notice is sent to the WiAHC office before the event.
